JCK Construction Pty Limited ("JCK") is an Australian family-owned and operated building company established in 2024. Built on the foundation of GJ Building and Contracting Pty Ltd ("GJ").
JCK brings together decades of professional building experience through its senior management team, combining expertise from both GJ and external partners with up to 45 years of industry experience. The company has expanded into Queensland to support the state's growing housing demands.

HOW WE STARTED
JCK's construction journey began in 2003, working alongside his father. After obtaining his Master Builders certification in 2013, he transformed GJ into one of NSW's most respected Managing Contractors, delivering both small and large-scale construction projects across Sydney and New South Wales.

JCK has strategically positioned itself in the Queensland market with a dedicated Specialist Projects Team, focusing on residential and rooming projects with an category 3 annual turnover ($12 million - $30 million)

Leadership Team
A licensed builder since 1985, Martin brings a unique blend of expertise backed by a Teaching degree from Macquarie University and an Accounting degree from UNSW. His credentials include certification as a building consultant with the Masters Building Association and builder's licenses across NSW, QLD, and VIC.
Throughout his career, Martin has diversified his experience across construction, consultancy, and development. His comprehensive portfolio spans domestic housing, renovations, and high-rise apartments. As Managing Director, he leverages his extensive tri-state network and broad industry experience to lead the company's operations.
Harry is a key member of the senior management team and one of the most experienced builders in the industry. With 45 years of expertise, his career began in residential construction, focusing on detached homes and apartment blocks, and has evolved to include commercial high-rise buildings, village-style developments, and nursing homes.
Harry's extensive experience spans across Sydney, Western Sydney, the Southern Coast of NSW, and the Central Coast.
With over two decades of global financial leadership experience, Priy Jayasuriya brings deep expertise in corporate finance, capital markets, and strategic growth initiatives. As CFO across multiple ASX, TSX, and LSE listed companies, he has successfully steered organisations through IPOs and capital raising programs, demonstrating a proven track record in complex financial transactions.
Prior to his corporate leadership roles, Priy was a senior executive at Ernst & Young, where he managed key strategic accounts including Hewlett-Packard and Intel across the Asia Pacific region. His international experience spans major markets including the United States, Singapore, and Australia, giving him a unique global perspective on business operations and financial strategy.
A Chartered Accountant and Graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Priy combines technical excellence with strategic vision to build and lead high-performing teams.
